History
1948
- Ludwig Gründl established an sales and maintenance centre for engines and electric machines. Its main sphere of activity was among others the maintenance and repair of generator sets.
1950
- Construction of works 1.0, building size about 600 m².
1965
- Production and sale of the first emergency generator sets.
1978
- Josef Gründl takes over the company and extends the gen-set sector to gen-set production.
1995
- Roland Gründl creates the name AGGRETECH and founds AGGRETECH Stromaggregatebau GmbH, a private limited company manufacturing generator sets.
2000
- Construction of works 1.1 in Ruhstorf, Pfarrkirchener Straße 33. The building size is increased from 900 m² to 2,000 m².
2001
- Foundation of AGGRETECH Lasertechnik- und Metallbearbeitungs GmbH, a private limited company focusing on laser technology and metal working.
2003
- Construction of works 1.2 in Ruhstorf, Pfarrkirchener Straße 33. The building size is increased from 2,000 m² to 2,750 m².
2006
- Construction of new buildings on the new premises 2.0 in Ruhstorf, Rotthofer Straße 8. Merger of the two private limited companies to the Public Limited Company AGGRETECH AG. The building size is increased from 2,750 m² to 8,000 m².
2007
- Construction of works 2.1. The building size is increased from 8,000 m² to 10,400 m².
2008
- Construction of Europe's most up-to-date test bench, where 4 gen-sets with a total output of up to 12,000 kW can be tested simultaneously.
2008/2009
- Construction of works 2.2. The building size is increased from 10,400 m² to 15,000 m².
